Steps

Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.

Add warm water little by little while kneading to make a dough.

Add oil to the dough and knead again.

When the oil is absorbed in the dough, cover it with a cotton cloth and let it rest for at least 30mins.

Heat oil in a sufuria.

Spread the dough and cut into pieces (desired size), then dip the cut pieces in the sufuria and fry till golden brown.

Remove from oil, wait to cool then serve with a drink of choice.
