Steps

Heat oil in a pan, add cumin and mustard seeds. As seeds start crackling, add roasted gram. Cook till light brown.

Now add water and salt. As water start boiling, add semolina, slowly, and stir it continuously. Cook 5-6min at low flame.

Now again heat oil in a pan, add cumin and mustard seeds. As seeds start crackling, add chopped tomato and carrot puree. Cook it 2-3min.

Now add red chilli powder and salt. Mix well. Cook for min and as water start boiling, add semolina, slowly, and stir it continuously. Cook 5-6min at low flame.

Now again heat oil in a pan, add cumin and mustard seeds. As seeds start crackling, add peas and spinach puree. Cook it 2-3min.

Now add coriander and salt. Mix well. Cook for min and as water start boiling, add semolina, slowly, and stir it continuously. Cook 5-6min at low flame.

Now tri color upma are ready.
