People are used to the plain chapati and wanted to try a different technique that brings a different flavour

Transfer the flour into a kneading bowl as you warm the water.

Finely chop the onion and the add it into the flour, mix it till its incorporated properly.

Add the salt directly to the flour and mix it to attain a perfect balance.

Using the warm water, add it into the flour kneading it until you reach a good texture.

Let the dough rest for some 30 minutes on a shelf.

After 30 minutes, roll the dough using a rolling pin and some flour to even it up on a clean surface.

Apply some oil on it evenly and roll it, cut it into desired sizes of chapati.

After finishing the rolling process, heat a pan under low medium heat and begin cooking the chapati one by one.

Do the rest the same way and store them in a container lined with aluminum foil to keep it warm. serve while hot with your desired stew. Enjoy.
