Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the plantain and fry in groundnut oil.parboil the rice and wash it.

  2. 2

    Cut the tomatoes,onion and pepper and fry in groundnut oil.add thyme,curry,salt and mixed spices.more water to boil then pour in the rice boil for it to be soft and done.
