First boil the moongdal with salt

Heat the oil in a kadai add cumin seed after crackle of seed then add chopped garlic then add chopped onion,green chilli after that add boiled daal

Then add chopped spinach with add of mix wheat flour
4

Mix it well cook for 4-5
