  1. 1

    Clean, chop and slice the pumpkin into edible pieces

  2. 2

    Boil it in a pan with salt and chopped onions

  3. 3

    Once tender reduce the heat to medium low and glaze it with honey on top

  4. 4

    Serve them for breakfast with veggies and a drink of your choice
