Steps

First we soak Moong daal and urad dal for 6 hours in water

Then grind it and mix heeng and salt in small quantity

Take a pan and put it on gas and then fry the vadda

After frying,dip vadda in lukewarm water

Take curd and squeeze the vadda and mix it in curd
- 6
Pour red sauce,Red chutney,Green chutney,Black pepper,Black salt,white salt,Red pepper and garnish coriander on it.

Dish is ready to serve.
