Wash the poha for 2 times in water,then soak the poha in enough water for 2 to 3 min, drain it and keep aside for 10 minute

Add salt, turmeric powder, black salt,sugar, coriander powder, mix well.

Now add chopped onion on it, mix well,

Now for making tadka :add 2 tbs oil in kadai, heat the oil in medium flame, add jeera, mustard seeds, fennel seeds, hing, let them sizzle, then add pea, saute it for minute, then add cubes of tofu, cook it futher 2 min. On low flame

Now add this tadka and tofu mixture on to poha, mix all togather well

Now put this poha into steamer and. steam it for 10 min.

When poha steamed well then add chopped coriander leaves, pomegranate, sev bundi mixture, lime juice, mix well. And serve hot.
