Easy!!

Was craving fried food and cheese, and didn't want to pay to go out to eat. Whipped this up from what I had in the fridge: cheeses could easily be substituted, and fresh tomatoes could replace salsa. This is the wonderful monster I came up with, so easy and delicious!

I was chosen as a tester for Nissui's fish sausages. I tried stir-fry and other recipes, but this fried egg was simple and cute so it's my favorite.When placing the toothpicks, be sure to insert them in a way that'll make them easy to remove from the outside.
