Ingredients

4 serving
  1. 400 gmPaneer
  2. 1 cupCarrots
  3. 1 cupBeans
  4. 1 cupCauliflower
  5. 3-4 piecesGreen chilli
  6. 1 cupChopped Tomato
  7. 1 cupGreen peas
  8. 1/2 cupCashew nuts
  9. 1/2 cupRaisin
  10. 1 tbspGinger paste
  11. 1/2 cupCapsicum cubes
  12. 1/2 cupBell peppers cubes
  13. 1 tbspButter
  14. 1 tbspOil
  15. 1 tspCumin seeds
  16. 2-3 piecesRed chilli whole
  17. Some spices (2 cardamom, 3 cinnamon, 3 cloves, 2 bay leaves, 2 red chilli whole)
  18. to tasteSalt
  19. Sugar little bit
  20. 1 tspBlack pepper
  21. 1 tspCumin powder
  22. 1 tspCoriander powder
  23. 1 tspGaram masala powder
  24. 2 cupMilk
  25. 2 tbspFresh cream

Steps

20-25 min
  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan add cauliflower and fry 5-6 min and set aside.

  2. 2

    Heat butter in the same pan add cumin seeds, red chilli whole and some spices and saute till the fragrent.

  3. 3

    Add ginger paste and cumin powder & coriander powder and saute 1-2 min then add tomato and green chilli and saute.

  4. 4

    Then add carrots and beans and peas and saute.

  5. 5

    Cover and cook it 3-4 minutes. Then add fried cauliflower and paneer, cashew nuts and raisin and mixed.

  6. 6

    Add salt, pepper and sugar and mixed up. Cover and cook atleast 6-7 min.

  7. 7

    Then add capsicum and bel peppers and mixed and again cover and cook.

  8. 8

    Add milk and stir and cook it 5-6 min then add garam masala powder and fresh cream and serve hot.
