Boil the eggs for 10 minutes,put in cold water for 5 minutes and remove the shells.

Knead the sausages, add the black pepper and mixed spices and a pick of salt.

Springle flour on table and roll the sausages mixture.

Roll the eggs in rolled sausages mixture.
- 5
Beat the two eggs in plate. Roll the eggs covered with sausages in the egg then roll in breadcrumbs.

Heat the oil in a pan. Fry until golden brown, serve hot with beverage or juices.
