1 bunchred amarnath leaves
1potato chopped
1/2 cupchopped pumpkin
1 tspgreen chilli chopped
1 tspnigella seeds
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil and temper nigella seeds and green chillies

Add chopped Potatoes and pumpkin
3

Saute well adding salt and cover
4

As it is soft and moist add the chopped leaves,mix well and cover
5

Add sugar and fry well till it is soft
6

Serve it with rice.
