Ingredients

  • 10Irish potatoes
  • 1/2 kgGizzards
  • 1big Onions
  • 2big tomatoes
  • 1 bunchpersly
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • 1tablespoonful Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the gizzards with salt.

  2. 2

    Fry gizzards until golden brown, add onions let then fry add tomatoes, garlic and ginger.

  3. 3

    Add Irish potatoes, add water let it cook for 20 minutes. Add dhania let it simmer for 5minute. Serve hot with rice.
