Ingredients

small batch
  1. 1/2 cupchickpea flour
  2. Pinchcumin
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1/2 cupwater
  5. 1 tspa annato oil
  6. 1/2 cupwater for sauce pan
  7. 2-3 tbspnutritional yeast (cheesy taste)

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all ingredients to bowl and mix

    Pour into pot of boiling water and stir until thicken, once thicken pour into mold right away

    Let cool and refrigerate until firm
