Cut the tomatoes from the top. Remove the seeds.

Grate the paneer.

Boiled the peas.

First put grated paneer in the tomatoes.

Now put peas on it.

Grease the oven tray with oil.Put all the stuffed tomatoes on it. Sprinkle salt & chatmasala on them.

Put the tray in microwave.

Microwave for 30 seconds.

Serve hot with mint chutney.
