Heat oil in a pan add asafoetida and cumin seeds let it splutter

Then add onions paste saute a little,add ginger garlic paste

Add all the spices and cook until the masala leaves the oil.

Add cauliflower, potatoes and tomatoes add little water and allow it to cook.

Once the vegetables gets tender add chopped coriander leaves and green chillies.Serve hot
