Steps

  1. 1

    Get your fish

  2. 2

    Put it in a bowl of water

  3. 3

    Wash it and put it in a siever to drain out the water

  4. 4

    Put groundnut oil on fire until hot, put the fish into the hot oil add salt and fry.

  5. 5

    Good in stews and soups or in jallof rice.
