Cauliflower (Gobhi) Manchurian

These are all the ingredients. Chop the vegetables as shown in picture

Take a bowl and put all purpose flour and salt, black pepper, cumin seeds powder and make a thick paste of it with adding water in it. Now put cauliflower in it and marinate for 10-15 min

Now fry them and take out let them cool and again Fry then until they become golden Brown and crispy

Take a kadai put cummin seeds in it and garlic, onion, bell pepper, cabbage (both), saute them for 5 min.

Then add salt, black pepper, chunky chat masala. As per taste. Then add fried cauliflower (gobhi) in it and cook it for 5 min

Then add red chilli sauce, Green chilli sauce, soya sauce, tomato ketchup (2tbs spoon each). Saute for 3 minutes

Now our cauliflower (gobhi) Manchurian is ready.
