Steps

First wash & finely chopped fenugreek leaves/methi.

Take a big bowl for making dough add wheat flour, add gram flour, add all dry spices like red chilli powder, turmeric powder & black pepper.

Add cumin seeds,add carom seeds & sesame seeds in it then add salt & mix well.

Spread 1 tsp oil in it mix all ingredients through hands & make a dough with water.

Dough is not so soft not so hard it's medium when dough is ready keep aside for few minutes.

Heat the heavy bottom pan add oil in it.

Take small portion of dough & make poori on flat surface when oil is completely hot slowly deep frying all puris.

Soak the extra oil through tissue paper & serve hot.

Puris are ready to serve with tea..or chutney.

It's also good for journey.
