  2. Butter
  3. Peanut butter
  4. Jelly
  5. Easy seal sandwich bags (sainsburys)
  6. Resealable food and freezer bags

  1. 1

    Spread butter either side of 1 slice, then spread peanut butter and jelly on the remaining 2 slices respectively and bring together to make sandwich

  2. 2

    Place sandwich in easy seal sandwich bag, then place sealed sandwich into freezer bag

  3. 3

    Store in fridge
