  1. 4large Russet Potatos
  2. 1 1/2 tspSea salt
  3. 1/4 tspPepper
  4. 4 TbspButter (melted)
  5. 1/2 CupCheese (grated)
  6. 1/2 CupMilk
  7. 1/2 CupSour cream
  8. 1/4 cupBacon (cooked and crumbled)
  9. 2 TbspChives
  10. Topping
  11. 1 CupCheese (grated)
  12. 1 TbspChives
  13. 3 TbspBacon (cooked and crumbled)

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 425°F. Poke holes in the potatoes with a fork, and bake for 75 minutes.

    Scoop out the inside of potatoes into large mixing bowl, roughly mash with a fork or potato masher. Add the next 7 ingredients and mix well mith a hand blender.

    Reduce oven temperature to 375°F. Butter a 9 X 9 inch baking pan and then add the potato mixture to the pan.

    Sprinkle the toppings on top of the potatoes and bake for 20 minutes.
