In a sauce pan add oil and onions let it cook till golden brown

Add tomatoes and cook

Add carrots and courgette add salt and stir

Add beans let them cook add water to avoid burning.

When ready garnish with coriander and put of the fire.

Serve with chapati and steamed cabbages or anything you fancy.
