Ingredients

  • 400 gall purpose flour
  • 70 gsugar
  • Water as required
  • Lemon zest for a lemon
  • Pinchsalt
  • 3eggs

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except the lemon zest. Make a thin paste

    Add the lemon zest

    In a hotpan add your mixture and control the heat to moderate

    Cook both sides without adding oil

    Add oil and let it cook both sides.

    Serve with tea or coffee
