100 gmswheat flour
11/2 cup palak paste
to tastesalt
As requiredwater
Someoil for frying

Steps

Add palak paste,wheat flour,salt and water in a mixing bowl

Mix well and make a dough,dough rest for 10-15 minutes.

Make balls with the dough.

Roll the puri,heat oil in a wok add puri and deep fry till golden in colour.

Serve hot this yummy palak puri.
