In a pressure cooker put soaked black chana and take 4 whistles and off the flame

In a pan add oil and put mustard seeds and jeera and hing fry for 1 min then add ginger garlic paste and add onion and cook for 1 min then add tomatoes and fry for 2 mins then add masalas and fry for 2 mins then add black chana and put some water and cook for 10 mins and add salt to taste

Black chana masala sabzi is ready serve with roti.Granish with coriander leaves.
