First grind the pinch with black salt jeera powder chilli powder then keep aside.

For dough mix wheat flour with salt very well first then add water little by little and make a dough. Now pick the whole dough in your hand and drop it with force into the vessel this will make the dough soft.

Now roll out one small ball of the dough put it the peas mixture then add onions to it with pinch of lime pickle. Mix it well then make a ball with the edges of the dough roll out to round shape with light hands.

Take oil for frying and add the puri into hot oil and cook till it becomes light brown. Serve with aloo jeera Subji.
