Ingredients

  1. 100 gmPuffed rice
  2. 50 gmMakhana
  3. 100 gmpea nuts roasted
  4. 100 gmRoasted Channa
  5. 50 gmAlmonds roasted
  6. to tasteBlack salt for roast

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a heavy bottom pan add salt and on the flame

  2. 2

    When salt is hot add makhana and roast for 1mint and drain out

  3. 3

    Add puffed rice and roast.take a bowl and add all ingredients and give a good mix and bhal is ready to serve
