When we run out of regular dosa batter, this recipe comes handy. No need any fermentation

Mix Wheat & Rice flour together by adding water. The batter should be thinner than dosa batter

Add 1/2 tsp salt and let it rest for 10-15 minutes

In the meantime heat 1/2 tsp oil in a Dosa Tawa. Add mustard seeds, jeera,peppercorns,curry leaves. Let them splutter.

Add hing,green chillies and ginger pieces. Saute them for a minute.

Now add this whole tadka mixture to the batter. Mix everything really well

Pour batter on to hot tawa and wait until both sides are cooked

Crispy Wheat Dosai is ready to be served
