Ingredients

  • 500 gmspalak chopped
  • 2 glassesfull buttermilk
  • 11/2 glassBesan
  • to tastesalt and red chilli
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1 tspeach fenugreek,saunf,cumin,mustard seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a liquid with buttermilk and besan and let it boil on low flame

  2. 2

    Now add chopped palak add boil it

  3. 3

    Now heat a pan,add oil,splutter all seeds,mix red chilli,turmeric and pour this oil into the boiling pan,add salt and switch off flame.
