Ingredients

  • 1 cupGrated Carrot
  • 1big bowl soaked kurmure(mumra/puffed rice)
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1chopped green chilli
  • 4-5curry leaves
  • 1/2 tsprai
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 2 tsproasted peanut powder
  • 1 tspchopped coriander
  • to tasteSalt
  • For koshimbir
  • 1 cupCurd
  • 1/2 cupGrated carrot
  • 1 tspchopped coriander
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a big bowl soak kurmure

  2. 2

    Squeeze them and drain the water

  3. 3

    Heat oil into a pan add rai when it crackles add green chilli and curry leaves.

  4. 4

    Now add onion and saute till pink.

  5. 5

    Now add kurmure, carrot,turmeric powder, peanut powder,coriander, salt and mix it well and switch off the flame

  6. 6

    Now ready to serve.

  7. 7

    For Carrot koshimbir : Take a bowl add curd,carrot, coriander, salt and mix well.
