Ingredients

  1. 1 kggrated carrots
  2. 1/2 litremilk
  3. 200 gmsmawa
  4. 1 cupdry fruits
  5. As requiredSugar

Steps

  1. 1

    In a kadhai boil the grated carrots with milk

  2. 2

    Once it’s half boiled add mava to it and let it cook

  3. 3

    Add sugar and dry fruits and let it cook till all the milk is evaporated.

  4. 4

    Your halwa is ready.
