Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupcoriander seeds
  • 1/4 cupcumin seeds
  • 1/8 cuppeppercorns
  • 1-2dry red chillies
  • To tastesalt
  • 1bay leaf

Steps

  1. 1

    Dry roast everything except salt

  2. 2

    Keep aside to cool a little.Now grind it into fine powder you can use seive to remove ungrinded seeds

  3. 3

    Grind them again until a powdery texture is obtained.

  4. 4

    Store in an air tight container.
