1 cupcold water
1 cupcondensed milk
2 tbsppowder milk
1 tspvanilla flavor

In a bowl add whipped cream powder

Add in cold water and mix with a spoon

Using electric mixer,in high speed mix for 3 minutes
4

Add condensed milk,powder milk and vanillah,mix again for 2 minutes and freeze it 8 hours or overnight
