Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupmoth soaked overnight
  • 1cucumber chopped
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1carrot small chopped or any salad items u like
  • to tasteSalt and red chilli powder
  • 2 pinchBlack pepper
  • To tasteBlack salt
  • As neededLemon to squeeze out salad

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the moth in pressure cooker till soft. Cool it and take a bowl add all salad items and salt pepper all and add moth as u want. If excess u make it dal by adding tadka
