Ingredients

  • 1Red Bell pepper diced
  • 1 cupCottage cheese diced
  • 1 cupBrocolli florets diced
  • 1/2 cupHung curd
  • 1/4 cupCream
  • 1/2 tspElaichi powder
  • to tasteSalt and pepper
  • 1/2 tspGarlic crushed
  • 2 tbspBesan / cornflour
  • as neededOil to mix

Steps

  1. 1

    Take all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well

  2. 2

    Marinate diced Brocolli,cheese,and Bell pepper in the mixture keep aside for half hour

    Take skewers & bake them in oven for 10 mins
