Chop all vegetables and wash. Mix all ingredients of muthiya and make ball and fry in oil till brown. Keep aside

Now in Kasai put oil heat add cumminseed, Rai dry chilli,cloves, cinnamon and hing. Now add all vegetables stir add salt and haldi cover and cook for few minutes add ginger garlic paste cook.add chopped tomatoes, all spices stir cook till vegetables are cooked. Add water as per required cook till done.

Now for chapadi knead dough combining all ingredients of chapadi using water make stiff dough.press with both hands the small ball to flatten with hands. Fry in hot oil on slow flame till cooked.

For serving mash chapadi with hand in plate pour undhiya on it mix serve hot
