Grate radish add salt and squeeze.remove water.Now add red chilli powder garam masala asafoetida grated ginger chopped chilli roasted cumin black pepper powder.mix well

Knead dough add carrom seeds til raddish leaves chopped.oil onion seeds(kallonji) salt mix and knead like paratha atta. Rest for 10-15mins.

Take a dough ball and roll 2 roti take one roti and spread reddish mixture. Put another roti and make like sandwich press and roll. Roast with ghee.on mid flame both sides.

Tasty and healthy Radish paratha is ready to serve.Serve hot with Mirchi and curd.
