Ingredients

  • 2 cupurad dal
  • 5-6 pcspapdi
  • 1small bowl red chutney
  • 4 tsppomegranate
  • 2 cupcurd
  • 1 tsproasted jeera powder
  • as neededOil
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1boiled potato

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak dal overnight in morning wash it and blend smoothly.

  2. 2

    Add salt mix it long time.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a deep pan pour the paste of dal in bhalle shape and fry it until it little brown.

  4. 4

    Now dip the bhalle in normal water for 30 min.

  5. 5

    Before serving squeeze out the water from bhalle with soft hands.

  6. 6

    Now take a serving plate add bhalle and all ingredients.

  7. 7

    Garnish with pomegranate.

  8. 8

    Ready to serve.
