Slice up onions keep them in a pan with oil to saute

Add diced carrots

Add green peas and add light coconut milk let it boil but keep stirring

Eventually add the heavy coconut milk (tui bubu) let it boil keep on stirring with a wooden spoon till its start to thicken abit. You can add pilipili but it is option just for the sake of adding essence

Add smashed tomato let it cook for some minutes and ready to eat serve it with wali/rice enjoy
