Ingredients

2 servings
  1. .5 cuprice
  2. 1 cupwater
  3. 9 ozsausage, chopped to bite size
  4. 1 headbroccoli
  5. .5 cupcorn, frozen
  6. .5 cuponions and peppers, frozen
  7. .25 cupsoy sauce
  8. 3 tbspbrown sugar
  9. 1teas sesame oil
  10. 1teas powdered ginger
  11. salt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook rice per pkg instructions.

  2. 2

    When you remove rice from heat, add frozen veggies and mix well.

    Toss broccoli with oil the roast in heated 425 oven for 20 minutes.

    Mix soy sauce, ginger, b.sugar, sesame well, set aside.

    Over medium heat brown chopped sausage. When meat is half done add sause.

    Make bowl by layering rice then broccoli then meat.
