Firstly we take a pan add 2 cup water put into ajwain,salt, oil 1 tsp...when it boil add semolina...stir well then cover the lid for 2 minutes..then switch off the flame

For stuffing we will use another pan then add oil..add jeera,hing, onion,then add Peas add all shown ingredients then cook 2 minutes

Grease your palm..Take some semolina dough...stuff peas masala then cover all sides

Heat a pan add oil for deep frying..then put your kachori one by one till golden brown

Serve hot with curd,chutney or sauce
