Ingredients

  • 1 cuppeeled & crushed garlic
  • 1 Tspginger paste
  • 1/2chopped Onion
  • 1 Tspbrown onion paste
  • 1 Tspgarlic leaves chopped
  • 2 Tspcoriander leaf
  • 2tomato griended
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1 Tspturmeric powder
  • 1 Tspchilli powder
  • 2 Tspcoriander powder
  • 1 Tspgaram masala
  • 2 Tspmango powder
  • Salt to tastes
  • 2 Tspoil
  • 1 Tspbutter

Steps

20 mimiutes
  1. 1

    In a Heat pan put oil let it hot.

  2. 2

    Add cumin seeds, crackle it.

  3. 3

    Add onions,pink it.add ginger paste.

  4. 4

    Add tomato cook it 2 miniutes.

  5. 5

    Add all dry powder Masale,sprinkle some water.

  6. 6

    Fry it 1 miniute.

  7. 7

    Add brown onion paste & crushed Garlic. Mix it well.

  8. 8

    Add Garlic leaves.

  9. 9

    Add water,& salt lid it 5 miniutes.

  10. 10

    Open it cook it open 5 miniutes.

  11. 11

    Check the gravy consistency gravy should be thick.

  12. 12

    Now it is complete.remove it from the flame.

  13. 13

    Put it in the serving bowls.add 1 Tsp butter in it.

  14. 14

    Garnish it with coriander leaf.

  15. 15

    It is very useful in winter's.

  16. 16

    Take little amount of this salan.

  17. 17

    It can be preserve many days.

  18. 18

    It can be taken chapatis,or paranthas.
