To make dough- mix flour salt and oil add water as needed to make a soft dough

Knead dough-for 2 minutes on a lightly greased surface to make the dough soft and smooth

Cover the dough and let the dough rest for at least ten minutes

To make filling- boiled peas mash them using fork or with fingers add spices,salt and mix it well

Heat the oil in a pan add green peas stir fry until peas comes together peas should be still little moist the consistency should be the soft dough let the filling cool to room temperature

To make paratha- make small medium balls of the dough and roll them out into 3-4inch circles add a spoon full of peas filling in the centre gradually press the rolling pin on all sides while making the parathas

Heat a griddle and roast the parathas cooking them in both sides with a spoon full of butter first roast them on both sides on low flame and when they are slightly crispy

Serve hot with curd,pickle and chutney
