Pumpkin pie bars Gluten-free

Ingredients

  1. 2 1/4 cupGluten-free flour
  2. Doesn't have xanthan gum in it
  3. 1 1/2 cupraw sugar
  4. 1 teaspoonCream of tarter
  5. 1 teaspoonbaking soda
  6. 1/2 teaspoonsea salt
  7. 1 can(30ozs) canned pumpkin pie filling
  8. 1 stick (8 tbsps)salted butter
  9. 4eggs
  10. Optional (2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put all dry ingredients together and mix

  2. 2

    Mix in wet ingredients

  3. 3

    Spray glass pans with olive oil

  4. 4

    Bake at 350°

  5. 5

    If spread thinly check at 20min.

  6. 6

    Toothpick should come out clean when they're done. But don't overbake
