Carrot roll
Steps

First boil milk for 10min. then add finely grinded carrot and cook them for 15 min.

Now add mawa, sugar and 2 tbsp ghee and mix well and cook till water evaporates from mixture.

When mixture consistency is dry then add elaichi powder and make a roll and covered with aluminium foil and let it cool down in refrigerator for 2 hours.

When it cools down then cut the roll shape and garnish with kaju. Tasty carrot rolls ready.
