Peel, wash and slice potatoes.

Put oil on heat and allow to heat up a little.

Sprinkle salt on Irish and turn pour in oil and allow to fry till golden brown stirring at intervals, remove from heat into paper towel or seive to drain oil when ready.

For the ommellet, Add little water into plate maybe a tablespoon, put in ur seasoning and crush to help melt properly then slice ur onions and add with a pinch of salt.

Break in ur eggs and stir, fry in very little oil until firm.
