Cut the chocolate bar into small pieces and put in a glass bowl over hot water

Roll out the dough apply some molten chocolate. fold the dough once

Cut into 1 centimetre thick srips

Hold both ends and make a twist

Place ona greased oven tray and press the ends then apply some egg wash

Put in a 10-minute, 200 degree preheated oven, and bake for 10 minutes
