  1. Diced raw unripe and ripe plaintain
  2. Palm oil
  3. Dried fish
  4. Pepper
  5. Grind crayfish
  6. Maggi
  7. Salt
  8. Scent leaf or efirin or ishanwu

Steps

    Put the diced plantain the pot, added the blended pepper, palm oil, maggi, salt, maggi, crayfish and add water..and put on heat..allow to cook for like 20minutes,dn add ur dried fish and scent leaf and Cook for like 5 minutes. It ready and so delicious.
