For Dough - Add atta, methi, salt and water and start kneading. Once you have made it a pliable dough, add the 1/2 tsp of oil and knead it properly. Let it soak fo 15 mins and then cut 4 balls out of it.

Roll each ball into a round shaped paratha. Take a pan and put a ghee on it. Put the dough onto it, and cook them on both sides, using a heated girdle, until it is crispy and brown.

Serve with curd or tamatar chutney or dal.
