Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1/2 cupatta
  2. 1/4 cupmethi/fenugreek leaves
  3. 1/2 tspoil for kneading
  4. As per needSalt and water
  5. 1 tbspghee for greasing layers

Steps

  1. 1

    For Dough - Add atta, methi, salt and water and start kneading. Once you have made it a pliable dough, add the 1/2 tsp of oil and knead it properly. Let it soak fo 15 mins and then cut 4 balls out of it.

  2. 2

    Roll each ball into a round shaped paratha. Take a pan and put a ghee on it. Put the dough onto it, and cook them on both sides, using a heated girdle, until it is crispy and brown.

  3. 3

    Serve with curd or tamatar chutney or dal.
