Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsuji/semolina
  2. 1/4 cupsour curd
  3. 1/4 cupshimla mirch
  4. 1onion
  5. 1tomato
  6. 2green chilli
  7. 2 tspgreen coriander
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1/4 tspblack pepper
  10. as neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all ingredients except oil in a mixing bowl

  2. 2

    Add some water and make a batter

  3. 3

    Rest batter for 10 minutes

  4. 4

    Now grease oil on nonstick tawa pour some batter and shallow fry from both sides

  5. 5

    Serve with chutney
